The first half of the duo who started it all. A born organizer and a true operations guy, he's the reason everything runs like clockwork. Fun fact: Dexter started out flipping burgers and serving fries in one of the world's biggest fast-food chains — and that's where he picked up his hustle, order, and people skills. Today, those same skills drive the backbone of our company.

The second half — and the voice that made IBL heard. Corito is the company's original face, heart, and negotiator. Together with her husband Dexter, she co-founded IBL and helped shape it into what it is today — a growing legacy now passed on to their successors. Trained in advertising, she's our ultimate relationship builder—part negotiator, part charmer, all heart. Whether she's talking to clients or mentoring the team, she's the energy that keeps everyone inspired (and laughing).
